Shanon Rose Chehardy

Co-founder and Partner

Shanon Rose Chehardy is a hospice operational compliance consultant and healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in regulatory compliance, financial management, operational leadership, and legal administration across healthcare, corporate, and legal environments.

She began her career as a litigation paralegal before advancing into legal administration, serving as Legal Administrator for two established Louisiana law firms where she oversaw operations, finance, human resources, and compliance functions. She later transitioned into healthcare leadership, co-owning and operating multiple Louisiana-based home health and hospice agencies.

During her healthcare tenure, Shanon guided agencies through multiple state and federal surveys, including ACHC and CHAP accreditation and reaccreditation processes. Her experience includes aligning organizations with CMS Conditions of Participation and state regulatory requirements, strengthening survey readiness, and implementing operational processes designed to improve compliance, workflow efficiency, and organizational performance.

Shanon has extensive experience with ADRs, TPE reviews, UPIC investigations, Focused Needs Reviews (FNRs), new hospice licensing, and start-up operations.

As Co-Founder and Partner of Hospice Compliance Partners, she provides advisory services focused on compliance program development, operational assessments, documentation practices, policy and procedure development, survey preparation, and regulatory risk mitigation.

Demetria D. Ally, BSN, RN

Co-founder and Partner

Demetria D. Ally, BSN, RN is a hospice clinical compliance consultant and healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience in hospice and post-acute care. Her background includes frontline clinical practice, executive leadership, hospice ownership, and compliance oversight, providing a comprehensive understanding of both clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

She began her career as a hospice RN case manager and later advanced into leadership roles including Director of Nursing, Chief Nursing Officer, hospice owner/operator, and Compliance Officer for a healthcare network serving both hospice and home health agencies. Throughout her career, she has led interdisciplinary teams, directed compliance and quality initiatives, strengthened survey readiness programs, and supported operational performance across multiple states.

Demetria has extensive experience with CMS regulatory processes, including ADRs, TPE reviews, UPIC investigations, Focused Needs Reviews (FNRs), hospice start-up operations, and licensing support. Her expertise focuses heavily on clinical documentation integrity, hospice eligibility, audit preparedness, QAPI development, and regulatory alignment.

As Co-Founder and Partner of Hospice Compliance Partners, she advises hospice organizations on compliance program development, operational alignment, audit readiness, and documentation practices. She is also an experienced educator and speaker, presenting on regulatory readiness, QAPI, symptom management, end-of-life care, and quality outcomes. Her approach combines regulatory expertise with practical operational strategies that help organizations strengthen compliance while preserving the compassionate mission of hospice care.

Amy S. Olivier

Operations and Implementation Manager

Amy S. Olivier serves as Operations and Implementation Manager for Hospice Compliance Partners, bringing hands-on experience in hospice and home health operations with a strong foundation in administrative and back-office support.

A graduate of Mount Carmel Academy in New Orleans, Amy has more than six years of experience supporting a multi-agency home health and hospice provider, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of day-to-day operations across multiple departments.

Her experience includes intake coordination, billing audit support, policy and procedure development, onboarding processes, and training material creation. She has also supported documentation workflow, compliance tracking, internal communication processes, and administrative operations across clinical and operations teams.

At Hospice Compliance Partners, Amy supports both internal operations and client-facing initiatives, helping ensure operational readiness, process control, and quality across hospice projects.
